Andrew Rodriguez co-founded Change Finance in 2016 and led the firm for eight years alongside a team of change makers.

The firm's flagship fund was the first fossil-fuel-free ETF, the first ETF to conduct shareholder advocacy, and the first certified carbon-neutral ETF.

Change Finance managed $130mm+ in assets and won industry awards including Best ESG ETF Provider.

Along the way he came to believe that screening out the harmful isn't enough — that change is made by investment that is rigorous, outcome-focused, and verifiable. He started Renew to do that work directly, with a small number of families.
